Not everyone can become a talented graphic designer and create company logos and flyers. As an entrepreneur or design fanatic, you can now forget about 99designs and photoshop – DesignMantic has all the potential to disrupt the graphic design industry.
DesignMantic has created a user-friendly design studio built with HTML5, aiming to re-imagine the way we approach design. If you visit the website you have to follow these step:
1. Plug in a name
2. Filter by industry
3. Choose from a ton of preset options
4. Start making changes with their easy-to-use editing tools.
If at the end of the process you are happy with what you designed, it would cost you $29 to download a high-resolution version of the design you made.
Founded earlier this year, this bootstrapped startup wants to provide the simplest suite of design tools available online. Their competitors LogoMaker and LogoYes, required you to start you off from zero, while DesignMantic allows you to edit preexisting designs — and because it’s built with HTML5, it can be used on mobile devices and desktop.
“What we’ve done is make the whole process as simple, intuitive, and affordable as possible, without sacrificing quality,” said DesignMantic founder Zaheer Dodhia. “If you give people the right options and make everything easy to use, they can figure out for themselves how they want their designs to look.”
With over 150,000 downloads in its first six months of activity, DesignMantic has started developments to provide banner and flyer options, and the team has already scheduled launches in three new languages before the end of the year. DesignMantic can become the go-to logo design tool for businesses and individuals.
The mobile app on this solution will be released early next year. Added to this, DesignMantic is working on new language options (German is next) and on expanding its feature set beyond logos.
“DesignMantic wants to offer complete design solutions, so customers can get their logos, stationery designs, brochures, websites, signage, and any other designs all in one place,” marketing coordinator Danielle Pacelli told us “It’s going to take us time, but we’ll get there.”
